'Ingredients:- 1. Carrot 2. Beans 3. Potato 4. Onion 5. Green chilli – 4 6. Ginger – small piece 7. Pepper – 2 tsp 8. Garam masala – 1 tsp 9. Coconut milk ( 2nd & 3rd milk) – 2 ½ cup 10. Coconut milk (1st milk) – ¾ cup 11. Cashew nut 12. Raisins Preparations:- 1. Heat a kadayi with 2 tbsp of coconut oil and add onion and sauté well. 2. Add ginger, green chillies, curry leaves, sufficient salt and sauté well. 3. Now add pepper powder, garam masala and mix well. 4. Add coconut milk (2nd & 3rd milk) and mix well and wait till it boils. 5. Add all the vegetables and wait till it gets cooked. 6. Once the vegetables get cooked add coconut milk( 1st milk) and switch off the flame before it boils. 7. Fry cashew nut & raisins in ghee and garnish the vegetable stew.
